Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Today is "dump" day --- ask all my saved up questions

Occasionally my SD-1 loses everything, and I have to
restore what I have from disk.  Is there any info as
to what actually causes that?  Or is it just something
you all live with?

Occasionally the display show jibberish, so I need to
power cycle.  Is that related to the connector
problem, or just yet another SD-1 personality issue?

Besides the connector repair, are there other things
that can be done to enhance SD-1 reliability?
