Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Thanks alot for your VFX Calibration Fix document you put together 
and posted to the site. I have been putting off that fix for some 
time now, even though I had been experiencing the infamous problem 
for several years. Laying on the keyboard always seem to help (ha). 
Truly - a picture is worth a thousand words. Your procedure actually 
verified the correct boards to work on. The original "fix" document 
floating around was a little misleading.
