Sorry, I can't help on the error 137 message, as such, maybe it just 
needs the OS to be reinstalled. go to www.route66studios.com for the 
VFX SD OS file, you can download 
it from there. They may also have the manuals as well, but if not I 
have a 
mint condition owners manual left over from my VFX SD days (now I 
have an 
SD1)plus a spare one for the SQ1 as well.
