Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

I have a recurring problem on my Sd1, about 30% of the time when i 
power up the keyboard does not get to the calibation notice so the 
keyboard is not usable. I continue to switch the power on and off 
somtimes up to 100 times before the keyboard will initilize.
I then have to releod the O.S system and sounds etc. 
Is there any thing i can do to prevent this.
