80's anyone?

2005-05-24 by Michael Lesko

Hi everyone,

Anyone here program any 80's covers? Just curious. I've set up a bunch of
them and was
hoping I could find someone to trade with (assuming my aren't terrible
because I'm still learning
the SD-1) Seriously mine aren't bad. I don't have the talent to compose my
own music so
I'm relegated to reliving the past. Very much like "Groundhog Day" if
anyone remembers that
movie. Well if anyone is interested in 80's, let me know, if not my
apologies for starting such
a dumb string. Thanks.

Michael

Go ahead. The cartridges are fully compatible. All VFX sounds are
available on the SD1. The other way round, when you use sounds on the
SD1 which are not on the VFX and store the programs on the cartridge
you naturally won't hear the SD1-only sounds on the VFX. They'll be
replaced by something else - no damage...

I have an emergency question. A SD1 has come up for sale in my
area. I would like to know if I can plug my VFX sound cartridges
into the SD1 and play my old VFX programs with it. Just plug in
and go, or would I blow the thing up?

The SD1 has no operation manual, is there on online that anyone knows
of?
                               Thanks, John.
