route 66 - owned by the moderator of this group has printed black and white manuals

also other upgrades, roms, software, etc for the vfx series

shipping is slow with route 66, so don't expect to get the kind of quick service you might 
be accustomed to by other retailers

and keep a keen eye on ebay - i just purchased a vfx sd orginal manual,  slightly abused, 
for $.99 plus ship
