Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

To hijack this topic a bit, is it possible to create a rack version of the VFX? I have a VFX lying around here. Usual keyboard problems and still an unreliable instrument because of that darn keyboard.

So I was thinking, is it possible to create a "rack" version of it? I already tried to see if it works over midi without the keyboard connected but that doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know a workaround for this?
