I have the same issue with many of the patches loaded from "the lot" found in the files section. Some patches play a fast sequenced percussion loop when I strike the keys I always thought these were for the SD-1, or the VFX SD2...... Anyways - yes is there a chip to make these work on the VFX-SD? -80's --- In Ensoniq-VFX-SD@yahoogroups.com, Toby Brown <tobybrown@...> wrote: > > Thanks. I seem to remember Ensoniq offering an 'upgrade kit' to make the VFXsd into (nearly) an SD-1. If your first was upgraded then you may need to move the chips. I can offer no more help...never seen one. Just that my stock VFXsd has no mega piano waves. > > > > > > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG - www.avg.com > Version: 8.5.441 / Virus Database: 271.1.1/2990 - Release Date: 07/08/10 18:36:00 >
