Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum having just acquired a VFX-SD. 

I am enjoying using it and exploring it's odd menus, but am unable to load the sequencer thanks to the following error when I click 'Load':

"Disk Error : Bad Device ID"

Is this because the disk drive needs replacing or is it more likely that it's just the one single disk i have is corrupted?

Has anyone else seen this error?
