Other Yahoo groups I am a member of tend to include some way to browse and search the messages, so I apologize that I am currently unable to search them. I don't think it's your fault; I also can't seem to browse messages from the web interface. Mr Moderator, could you fix that please? Otherwise this forum is a lot less useful than it could, and really should, be! > I got a SD-1 last December. As far as I know it has the latest OS version (4.10?). There is a ROM patch (I think), called "Organizer", that seems to have major problems, with 100% repeatability. It seems (again) like the effects for this patch have some kind of glitch - the patch goes haywire with some slow, pulsating sound (at about 0.5hz) and often just makes a lot of noise etc. Other patches seem not to have this problem, save for some other "organ"-type sounds, which makes me think that one of the effect algorithms, common to the organ sounds, has some kind of glitch. I've encountered similar things, on occasion, though not as repeatably as you seem to. Alas :/ One thing that I can think of is to leave the keyboard silent for a reasonable about of time before switching to the affected patch(es), so that any old data accumulated in the delay line memory used by the ESP (Ensoniq Signal Processor) chip can be overwritten with 0s, and thus not 'leak' into what you are playing later with the affected patch & effect program. > Thanks for any advice, Sorry I can't be of more help, > Chuck // Christian
