Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Well, I figured it out. In the System Midi Control Page, the Send 
Channel parameter needs to set to Track, rather than Base (channel). 
Duh! I knew this, but from a while ago, so I guess I didn't know it 
for the 2nd time!
