Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hey Greg
 I found the battery at Radio Shack also. It wasn't
the exact same battery, but the voltage was the same.
Mine was a AA looking thing with leads off both ends
which I soldered in and have not had any trouble with
since. Also look up:

for the sound librarian and patches to replace what
your gonna lose when you take the battery out. I found
some great new sounds here and my VFX has new life as
a Mellotron replacement, plus an ARP 2600. Rock On!!!
