Looking for EDM Clone

Hi,
I´m looking for a shareware/freeware tool to create, copy and merge 
VFX-SD disks on my PC. Does anybody know such a EDM-clone tool?
Is there a way to get sys-ex files to disk, so that my SD can read 
it, may be a converter or something like that?
