Paul, I know the production RAM cartridges just pull apart. You have to be careful as it's a hard plastic pin and socket arrangement. I would guess that ROM carts are pretty similar. FRL I saw a used VFX in a music store today. The manager sold me the cart for $25. Serendipity. Ellen, I looked at the cart conversion supplied by Steve (steve_31). That is something I can easily do. The chip should only be about $5. I have the necessary equipment and experience. My only concern is taking the cartridge apart. I'll look at this one I just picked up and see what it's like. Take a look at yours and see if it looks doable without breakage. We may work something out, then.
