Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Can I send .SYX files to my SD1 useing a midi\pc interface lead. If so, 
how do I set up the SD1 to recive the files from my pc? Thanks.

this message.  I now know how to set up the synth to up recive .SYX 
files. I have downloaded 'The Lot' file from the file section. I now 
have 46 unziped files sitting in my documents,But do I send them one at 
a time or can I bulk send them. Also how many disk will it take for 46 
files?

You use a SYSEX transfer utility to SEND the SYSEX files to the VFX.
Depending if the original file was saved as a single program, a bank
or whatever type the VFX have, the size of the files also do.

A single program SYSEX need to B written in to a memory location
before You send the next one. A whole Bank (60 Programs) are written 
directly, so remember to save any sounds You wanna save first.
