Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hello, I recently purchased a used SD-1. The former owner was
very rough with this machine and I need the following parts:

  Pitch Wheel/Mod. Wheel/Patch Select Assembly Case. (I do not
need the wheels or patch select switches, just an empty case.)

  Main case right side end cap (by Hi-C key).

  The reason I need these parts is because the main case was
pryed open and all the 'ears' which receive the control panel
screws are broken off. (I guess I need the 4 screws, too.)

  Finally, I also need the following natural keys:

  2) C keys; 3 D keys; 3) E keys; 3) F keys; 3) G keys;
  2) A keys; and 2) B keys.

  If anyone is parting out an old dead one, I would consider
purchasing the entire case and/or keyboard.
