As the article mentions, this won't work for the 1.44mb
drives, only the 720k drives. So start diggin thru those
boxes of parts!

I remember another article where this was addreesed. You can also trick
a 1,44M drive into behaving like a 720k drives. It's all about tweaking
csome connector pins to high or low level. You can read/write 720k
floppies on 1,44 drives as well, can't you. It's not magic.

Keep searching the net if your boxes of parts fail to produce the right
thing.
