Does anyone know the weight of a SD-1???

Does anyone know the weight of a SD-1???

2007-04-20 by falconjohnney

I have a SD-1 for sale, and a number of people from out of
town have enquired about it. This raised a very interesting
question, namely the shipping weight of a SD-1. Does anyone
know the weight of one. Mine is in storage and it is impossible
for me to weigh it. A reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

29 pounds (13.2 kg), according to the manual.

My low tech solution...Pack it up cause package & protection adds
weight. Step on your home scale & see what you weigh. Then step on with
the package.

Hey, I do that too....
Except with a big package or keyboard you sometimes fall off the scale or can't read the scale because the package is in the way.....lol

12,6kg according to my scale - without power cable, pedal, and manual. Looks like the manual's pretty accurate.

Don't know if this is helpful, but I just shipped one for repair
yesterday, and with packaging and a soft case, it was about $39 for
UPS ground from NJ to TX.
