Updating the rom & changing the battery.

Hello, very new here, i managed to get myself a Ensoniq VFX from a car boot sale for �20 including a cartridge and a flightcase, probably a bargain, not sure, lol, anyways, i have a couple of questions 1. How do i update the rom the latest version? 2. How do i change the battery as it says it needs replacing? Its the VFX not the SD. Thankyou Simon
