I have always used preset sounds and I recently bought the VFX to come up with my own sounds... could someone give me a little advice on how to begin editing and creating sounds using the VFX? Thanks for helping, Eric D.

Do you
own a maual?
Find
out how to save any changes you made in case you've created a sound you
like.
Then try playing with the parameters. The effect section is a
good playground to start with. Then look at voice layers and filters,
and so on

It'll explain how to edit, etc. Then find a sound you already like in the presets and work from there. The vfx is a fairly simple synth to work with and if you make a mistake you won't really hurt your machine. When you edit a sound to your taste, follow the save procedure to permanently save your edits. most important, have fun. regards and good luck, Jeff
