ensoniq sd1 with low voltage message

ensoniq sd1 with low voltage message

2009-02-23 by markbreton@ymail.com

for those who might have followed my travails in the posts, I sent my
keyboard off to thesoniq, who had a one day turn around time. the
display had an internal short and was ganking the whole keyboard. the
replacement display ran $160, he did some other update, and gave me a
new operating system disk. great service for a flat $70. the whole
haul with shipping was over 350, but when i plugged it in it sounded
so great!! so i give thesoniq the thumbs up.

Nice to hear Your 'baby' is rolling again :) Since there are no other
synths out there that have the sound of the VFX-series, I think $350
is worth it. Allthough some people sell a VFX for that, to me, it
makes sense to make old stuff last.

Best,
Claus, DK.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
