Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

hi. have seen alot of SQ-80s, EPSs, and VFXs that still failed calibration even after repairing the jumpers between the teo contact boards. The problem is often Ensoniqs poor resist registration when the circut boards were made. Check EVERY solder pad for this problem, and jumber or re-solder. Here is a graphic I made up to illustrate:
