Giebler bad service

Thanks for
replay with alternatives ways to convert files. I know about sequencers process,
but I referred to a similar soft that let convert files
from one to other system in both ways. I try record MIDI messages (notes and controllers) from sequencer to VFX-SD and I don't get results.
If someone have a step description about how record "MIDI events" (not audio) from synth to computer sequencer, I would thank it
It could be some like translate the info on "syx files" in notes, controllers onto sequencers tracks.
I did send mail to account that it shows in Giebler webpage. I don't think that a webpage of company that sell products on line, show information that
is not update. Also, a little time ago another user of Giebler convertion packges, tell me the same things about lack of maintenance.
