Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

I am new to syx and cakewalk. I downloaded syx files onto disk and 
don't understand how to get them transfered to the vfx. Can anyone 
help me in an easy to understand way. Thanks.

Hello,
a) you need a MIDI interface, appropriately installed on your "compu", and
MIDI cables runs from synth to compu and viceversa..
b) turn ON the compu and synth.
c) using Cakewalk, go to View menu -> Sysx.
d) load bank using open folder icon and browse until you find your bank.
e) use Send icon. You should see in VFX-SD the incoming info.
f) if you like, save the new patch on VFX-SD using "Save" option.
