Sound Diver and VFX-SD hassles

Do any of you people use Sound Diver with the VFX-SD(or VFX or SD-1)? I got a VFX-SD a couple months,and I love it!BUT,one problem.I use Sound Diver for my editor/librarian.Sound Diver receives the sys-ex just fine,and I can edit patches and send them to the VFX.If I try to save a bank,Sound Diver will crash every time.I've posted on the Sound Diver users group here at Yahoo a couple times about this,and nobody's answered.Any help would be appreciated.
