Hmm I'm updating and restyling my website about my studio which has also a page for the VFX/SD(1) family. Is it ok that I use the pictures to illustrate how to solve the problem? btw.: my vfx is a little bit different I guess. I cannot open it the way you told me. have to remove all the screws. I think the hinge needs also replacement ;) I didn't do the callibration thing. opened it up to see what was wrong, cleaned some things, assembled it and it works again.
