I can host this at the EMUSIC-L site at ibiblio.org if you'd like. No
bandwidth limits for me!

That would be great for me too.

Exactly which Manual is it? I have SD1 32voice, and if it is an older
manual, I am sure I can still get a lot of useful stuf from it.

Good idea, Joe. Maybe you could just put it in the Files directory on
this site. Just check the bandwidth, of course.

RE: [Ensoniq-VFX-SD] Digest Number 367

2003-09-12 by hans-artmann@t-online.de

What I've got is a PDF copy of a vanilla VFX manual. I'd have put it on the
network times ago if I hadn't have the feeling that this might be kind of
illegal:
- There are still shops which are selling the paper stuff (like Route66?)
- There might still be a copyright owned by Ensoniqs legal sucessors (EMU)
Out of this reason I only sent it to some people for free and for private
use and with the note not to redistribute it (still even this could be
illegal).
However, if you think all this is no problem - please let me know and we put
it on the net. At least Ensoniq have done it with the manuals of later
products.

BTW, I already asked one of the guys on the list (Jack, where are you) to
send me a copy of the SD. I could include the SD part in the PDF as well - I
think it would be useful for a lot of us to have an electronic copy ...

Let me know what you think and if there are any objections.

Regards,
Hans
