Fairlight-CMI

Hi James,

The 3x8 inline connector is for the SCSI terminator resistor packs.
With Rev2 wavesuper cards (CMI-41), the 4MB RAM bank is already
on-board (RAM chips with "ZIP" package, Rev1 chips are different).
