HI there : 

I will stick it up no problem : I will just need to get the tape out 
of storage and digitize it, then I will put it up on my webserver, 
and anyone who want to give it a more permanent home home can do so 
from there. Is Qucktime OK as I am a mac user ?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
