I just found my notes from where I ordered surplus 4GB SCSI-2 HD's
for my Series 3 CMI

I picked the Seagate ST15150N SCSI-2 50-pin Barracuda Drives

they are cheeeeaaap !  $39 each,   can't beat that for cheap.

I ordered 3 of these drives back in 2004
