Re: Recording the IIx ?

2005-10-27 by angeyoda

Hello Laurent ,
Thanks for your Welcome , I finally decided to join the group. & it's
very cool it does exist !
my IIx comes from Germany via René Yves.
Apparently this unit had been preowned by Mike Olfield, there's an old
Syco sticker on a side with the customer's name .
Unfortunetaly there are no programs included from the Mike One in the
disks...
I'm very grateful to René Yves about the help he's providing, the IIx
is a big beast to domesticate between the R page , the wavetable & the
path of sampling ...
I'm thanking you by the same way as you gave me the contact of René
Yves a while ago . René Yves is a real decisive meeting for my
activity & my machines obsession & use ...& we're nearly neighbour !!!
so thanks again to you as I didn't imagine that I would approach any
CMI so close to me & so fast when I naively contacted you about one
year ago ...
How is your "serie III" ? do you compose with it ?

bye,
Patrice.
