It's internal microware OS-9 Error...
$E4 228 PROCESS ABORTED - process aborted by signal code 2.

Do you have a copy of your OS-9 disk's systems ?

I think you have 2 solutions :
  -re-install your OS-9...
  -Or the HardDrive are dead or bad sector's, buy another HD and install 
OS-9 on this...
