Funny
you should bring this up now - I was going to post on the same thing.
;-)
I have
a Slave Keyboard for my IIx, which I use occasionally. I'm moving studio
and plan to set it up in the next location, so I'll have the IIx with the Slave
keyboard and analog interface, as well as a Series I. Should be a nice
setup.
Andrew
Brent sent me my Slave Keyboard about 10 years ago. It was found in a
storage warehouse and he called me to see if I want it, figuring that it would
be appropriate that it be paired with the last IIx.
He
told me at the time that he thought that there were only 2 of these in the US -
this one, which used to be Jan Hammer's, and Herbie Hancock's. I don't
know if this is true or not, so I was also wondering how many of these are out
there, particularly in the US but elsewhere as well.

Subject: [Fairlight-CMI] Fairlight II with slave keyboardDoes anyone on the list use or have a slave keyboard for the I, II or
IIx ? I have not heard much about these and would be interested to
know more about them.
