Fairlight-CMI

Stock Aitken and Waterman used the CMI from 1984 onwards, from what I can 
ascertain. Obviously they started with a IIx and moved on to the III. They made a lot 
of use of Elbass and the brass sounds, and a LOT of percussion. It was a vital element 
of the SAW sound.

What do other users think if this revered instrument being part of the Hit Factory?
