Play the Fairlight CMI (soundfonts).

For those who want to hear and play the Fairlight CMI, you can do so by
downloading Fairlight Soundfonts on www.sf2midi.com. You must be a
member to download files. There are numerous quality Soundfonts on this
site that can be used for composition. On becoming a member of the
site, download the 'Fairlight Orch 5 Custom' Soundfont, load it into
Vienna Soundfont Studio 2.3 or 2.4, attach a midi keyboard to the
Creative Soundcard and play the Fairlight Orch 5 Soundfont on your own
mini 'Fairlight'. Other Fairlight based Soundfonts that are on this
site are, 'Fairlight CM II Drum Kit', CMI_HITS. I also have a few other
Fairlight Soundfonts that I have collected and I will share them with
whoever is interested.

p.s; I created and deleted and deleted a file folder (see post 2684) to
contain these files for interested members to download. However because
the files hog too much space, I felt that it is better to post link
information instead and therefore deleted all entries.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
