I am answering my own question here. I had not found the photo option at first. Indeed this is a II at best. Not a IIx, so without MIDI. That also explains the lower bid price. A MIDI retrofit kit will be hard to find and cost $$$$. Thanks for pointing this out to us though, Hans, this is a cosmetically beautiful machine if no scratches are hidden under the monitor, box or ascii keyboard. > Do you mean to say that it is a I, II or III instead or a different > machine altogether ? > > I was misdirected because you added the link to the PPGs. > > The excel sheet clearly says it is a fairlight. > >> It is not a CMI IIx >> >> WT >> >> http://medlem.spray.se/waveterm/LJLab2006/ >> >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: Hans Nijhof >> To: Fairlight-CMI@yahoogroups.com >> Sent: Tuesday, November 06, 2007 10:27 PM >> Subject: [Fairlight-CMI] IIx for sale on Vemia >> >> >> just came across this one. >> http://www.spheremusic.com/Bargaindtl.asp?Item=5553 >> Also check out the other items the owner is selling.
