Dear peter,
If you have a fairlight why do you not talk to Peter Weilk at Horizontal Productions in Sydney. He has a hard disk of 4GB full of the Fairlight libraries.

Thanks

Michael

hi

i've always been interested in knowing the history of the fairlight sound library and the factory disks. a lot of these sounds are very well known and a large number of them have been re-sampled, e.g. the hollow sun collection which is particularly good. i'm curious, was the sound library produced here in australia? where there multiple disk libraries for sale? which CMI's had which sound libraries..... thanks for your time.

cheers
peter

does anyone have a list of what sounds are on each factory disk - i'd
like to know so i can pursue purchase of specific disks - also once i
do have some kind of index or list of whats on the disks... who could
i buy individual disks from?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
