I'm also in need of one. A whole left panel. There are a few examples in Sydney, but they are happily owned. If you have a III service manual it would be quite feasible to fab one. Any cheap MIDI keyboard could supply the wheels, and the rest is bent and cut sheet metal, pots, lighted pushbuttons, and a circuit board. They're not too complex. Having said that, I'd rather buy one than make one, so if someone is selling them...
