Greetings all,

I am trying to confirm who the seller is on the CMI Series III auction on eBay:

The user is listed as 'snuggleebear' from Modesto, CA, who I believe is likely a user name for Lee Quintana (known on here as member ensnareyou).

This system looks very much like the one I bought from Lee in 2007, but that he *never* shipped to me, so I am thinking this auction is outright fraud.

Does anyone here know anything about this seller or auction.

Lee, if your reading this, you already know what the story is on this.  I already filed a case with the state attorney general on your actions - this is not good if this is what you are doing and you know it.

Sorry to bother everyone with this, but getting ripped off is getting ripped off.
