Yes. There is a full theoretical description and schematic in both the IIx and III service manuals. They're not so hard to understand, although as WT says, due to being multilayer, they can be dicey to rework.
The IIx and Rev 9 Series III versions of the Q133 are similar but not identical, and serve the same purpose in both.
