Formatting IIx Sound Disks

Can I format floppies for my IIx using the QDOS 5.07 disk or do I need a special sound disk formatting disk? 

If I can use QDOS, what is the syntax I need to use?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
