Hi David. A quick way I use to test mono graphics is to make up a 10-way IDC connector to RCA plug, and use this to plug into the AV video input of a television. Plug this lead into the Q-219 card, and you're bypassing all the CMI graphics leads and monitor. The connections are pin 7 hot, pin 8 cold. This also works for a IIX which uses the same graphics card. Hope this is helpful, Peter Wielk Horizontal Productions in sunny Sydney
