MFX keyboard asks for software

My series 3 MFX input keyboard asks for software upload, how can i acheive this?
It renders the multitrack system unuseable as it doesn't load the HD recording software.
I CAN use the fairlight CMI function, but the masterkeyboard also doesn't respond.

Help gracefully accepted and needed.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
