Fairlight-CMI

On the database page there is a 2004 meeting database. This is were 
anyone interested in going to the 2004 meeting, MUST fill all of it 
out. If they are bringing someone or more, please fill in there 
details. everyone who is going must fill in their details by the 4th 
June which is the closing date. After that date the amount of the 
day will be calculated and everyone going will then have to pay the 
full ammount of the Meeting by cheque, Postal Order or PayPal in the 
UK and if your from outside the UK PayPal or wire transfer only. If 
paying by PayPal please add 4% for their charge. We must have it up 
front so that we have in advance the funds for the venue hire and 
cost of the internet connection between London and Gregs meeting in 
Canada. I would also like if anyone going to gregs please contribute 
to the meeting in the UK because the cost of the internet is for 
their benifit also, but this will be a lesser amount of course. 
Everyone at Gregs will be sent a CD of the Best samples on the day 
and if Peter or someone, bringing their Series II IIx III for sample 
trading can organize that with me, so we can do that for our friends 
across the pond, that would be great. I will have alot to do. If any 
member who is not going to either meeting wants to contribute 
something, doesnt matter how small or large please feel free and 
I'll make sure you also get a CD full of samples. BOTH UK AND 
CANADA/USA MEMBERS MUST FILL IN THE DATABASE QUESTIONS IF THEY ARE 
ATTENDING THE MEETINGS.
I need as much pdf's of manuals, document or anything Fairlight so 
everyone who attends gets a CD full of information. I will have 
custom Fairlight T-Shirts hopefully and sweatshirts for sale so if 
your interested send size. I am also thinking of a Fairlight CMI 
Forum t-shirt made for the day in colours black or white. these will 
sold for the same price as what it takes to make. Tell me what you 
think.
