Fairlight-CMI

I have a few questions regarding a Fairlight ViVid digital 
videorecorder.

- Does it originally come with a network adapter ?

- What is the cause of the following error while capturing:
"Recording ended: driver buffer high/full" or similar (I am using the 
internal timecode source with Y/C input)

Who else owns one ?
