Copy CMI III OS6.03 from HD to floppy

2005-02-07 by brian_ronn

Hi

Will someone please tell me how (the syntax) to make a backup copy
of the CMI III OS6.03 from Harddrive to 8" floppy discs or to the
tape streamer?

Best regards

Brian

Hi Brian,

First, you need three formated 8" floppies. Then :

- Insert the first floppy and :
	pback /k0 /f0
- Insert the second floppy and :
	pback /k1 /f0
- Insert the third floppy and :
	pback /k2 /f0

Hope it helps.

      Laurent.

Hi Laurant
Thank you for your kind help here. I'll use this syntax when I get a hold on three 8" floppies ;-)
Best regards
Brian

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
