It does sound odd, but he's only accepting a local pickup, paying wish cash only... Then again, maybe he'll mug you when you turn up!!!

this guy is strange . I asked him for hi-res pictures and this is his reply 
" I no longer have the high res pics, as i needed the space on my computer! 
All of the stuff is packed back away in the cases, and as I'm leaving for 
Germany tomorrow more pics will not be possible, sorry!"

He sells big stuff and he can' t keep a few hundred of kb ! what a shame for 
him
