I'm very sorry to hear about all your troubles. I'd like to help out 
except I'm located in Seattle which is about 3000km away from New 
York - a bit more than an afternoon drive :-). One thought is if 
he's delaying because of shipping it overseas, he could ship it out 
to me and then I can re-pack it up using the crate and boxes I got 
my CMI shipped in from Australia. I know that's not much help, I 
wish I could offer more. It sounds like the guy is just a selfish 
twit and is dragging his feet.
