Hi Peter,
Try removing all the sound cards and cleaning the row of resistors at
the bottom. We had a similar problem, along with crackling, some time
ago and discovered that the resistors were overheating due to a layer
of dust forming on them. Also, try swapping soundcards to see whether
either a card or a particular channel is playing up. Check also
parameters of subvoices on FX subpage, although Dynamic Voice
Allocation will make all subvoices play on all cards, scrolling
through channels as needed.
This is feature available post rev. 8 and I'm pretty certain you are
running 9.34(?).
