8 Mbyte RAM cards (unpopulated) on offer here before eBay!

Hi Guys. I don't know if anyones interested, but before I put them on eBay I have the following Fairlight spares going cheap... I have about 10 x 8Mbyte RAM cards unpopulated for GBP 25 (US$50) each. Built up they sold for over US$5K. Unpopulated means they are Fairlight production cards, including gold plated edge connectors, four layer boards, silk screened idents, Vero ears, the full monty, but no components. Needed are 24 "glue logic" chips available anywhere, plus 64 x TMSC1024 chips. I have no idea where these memory chips can be sourced, or at what price. I bought them in a job lot from a Fairlight distributer, but I don't have the time to build them up. They were originally built up in the Sydney factory with a couple of big wire-wound resistors for testing, presumable current drain. I can provide images of the bare boards, and also real working production boards, as well as full circuit diagrams (schematics, if you live in the US). There are a couple of track cuts on one side of the board caused by the fixing holes of aforementioned wirewound resistors, although these can be very easily fixed up. I have every belief these cards will work fabulously when built up, but I can't give any guarantee that this will be the case. If you are remotely interested, mail me at horizontal_productions@hotmail.com and I'll send some pics... Regards, Peter Wielk Horizontal Productions in sunny Sydney
